Electric transaxles

The fully modular electric transaxles e-comer (formerly Benevelli) TX1 and TX2 Serie represent a complex and highly flexible solution for battery powered off-highway machines and vehicles. They consist of an electric motor, compact gearbox with an optional differential, floating or rigid (semi floating) axle, electromagnetic parking brake, and optionally with hubs for wheel connection and service drum brakes.

For e-comer (Benevelli) transaxles, DC motors or synchronous permanent magnet DC and asynchronous AC motors with a power range of 0,5 kW to 30 kW can be selected. The modular system allows for choosing from hundreds of powertrain options, including versions with outputs for connecting half shafts, semi floating shafts, rigid axle with (or without) wheel hubs, and also with wheel hubs including service drum brakes.

Thanks to the fully modular system, the electric transaxles are highly customizable for the specific needs and requirements of your application. e-comer (Benevelli) electric powertrains are therefore suitable for virtually any type of battery powered vehicles. Transaxles are typically used as a building block of electric drive system used in agriculture, municipal, construction, or handling machinery, as well as in electric road vehicles.
