PURCHASE AND REGISTRATION

We operate the Technotrade online store as a wholesaler (B2B), so it is intended for companies (legal entities) and individuals who are entrepreneurs, primarily in the field of technical and service services focused on machines and equipment, or in the field of operating machines and equipment. This is also related to the mandatory inclusion of the company VAT registration number in each order for goods. By agreeing to the general terms and conditions, the buyer confirms, among other things, that he concludes the transaction as an entrepreneur and an expert in the field of activity to which the goods he orders belong.

The purchase can be made after filling in the necessary contact and billing information, including the VAT registration number, company ID number, either as a one-time, no-registration purchase, or after registering and creating a customer account. As part of the registration in the e-shop database, the customer creates a login name and password. Once logged into the account, the customer has access to all current and past orders within the account.

SHIPPING

Goods ordered in our online store can be shipped to the customer in following ways:

1) DHL Express
The goods will be delivered by DHL Express on a working day between 8 am and 6 pm to the address you provide. We hand over the goods that we have in stock to the shipping company no later than 1 working day after receiving the payment for the order. The shipping price is always confirmed as a part of the order confirmation and depends on the weight of the goods and destination country.

2) DPD shipping company
The goods will be delivered by the DPD shipping company on a working day between 8 am and 4 pm to the address you provide. We hand over the goods that we have in stock to the shipping company no later than 2 working days after receiving the payment for the order.

3) Pickup in Litovel, Czech Republic (European Union)
You can pick up the goods (or have the goods picked up) after receiving confirmation that the order is ready for collection at our warehouse in Nasobůrky 173, 783 21 Litovel-Nasobůrky, Czech Republic. You can pay for your order on site in cash or by credit card; we do not charge any fee for personal pickup.

4) Individual shipping arranged by the customer
We offer customers the option of arranging the shipping (and customs clearance, if applicable) on their own and have the order picked up at our warehouse in Nasobůrky 173, 783 21 Litovel-Nasobůrky, Czech Republic.

PAYMENT

Goods ordered in our online store can be paid for in the following ways:

1) EUR Bank Transfer
Once the order has been confirmed, we issue an EUR proforma invoice for the 100% amount and send it to the customer via e-mail no longer than 2 working days after the order confirmation. We ask the customers to make the payment no longer than 5 working days after receiving the proforma invoice. After this period, the order could get cancelled from our side. As soon as the payment is successfully received, we inform the customer and dispatch the order (hand it over to the shipping company or have it ready for a pickup). We do not charge any fees for payment by transfer. Our IBAN is CZ11 2700 0000 0021 1017 7367 (UniCredit Bank Czech Republic).

2) Cash or credit card when picking up in person
If you pick up your order in person at our location in Litovel, Czech Republic, you can pay for the goods in cash or by credit card. In this case, we do not charge any fee for the payment.
